Our production site is located in Fürstenfeld Austria, in the centre of the East-Styrian spa region. As a result of the increasing demand for our products a new and modern building was built. Supported by the municipality of Fürstenfeld, Altesse managed to stay in Fürstenfeld and secure jobs in the region.
On August 14, 2003 the foundation stone of the new factory was laid. At the beginning of 2004, a part of the production facility could commence production at the new address. By the end of May all departments and machines had been moved to the new premises and full operations started. The factory was officially opened by the end of June.
In 2009, a second production building had been added together with an enlargement of the warehouse.
On the 13000 sqmt land, 5000 sqmt production halls, and 900 sqmt offices are now operational, with over 170 permanent employees.
Innovations concerning Energy and Environment Protection
In 2018, the compressed air system was replaced and optimized. At the same time, a heat recovery system was implemented. This system utilises the heat from the compressors to increase the flow temperature of the steam-producing aggregates (NWA – machines). Through these measures 59.23 tonnes of CO2 can be saved per year.
The project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (IWB/EFRE-programme 2014-2020).
